or is this just a mass alliance?

the only requirement is to be active, but as we get more players yes we will start to have ranking requirements

or do we create a wing if we reached a number of...members?,
if so how many members max has the wing then?

we will only have 30 max players
the wing that might be created in the future will be infinite members
